Nothing warms a cold Alaska night like a big bowl of hot chili! We’re not particularly fond of beans so we do a mock-texas chili with no beans. You can use any ground meat actually but since we live in Alaska we have a freezer full of ground venison for last hunting season.
This recipe is Keto-Paleo friendly. You can make this chili paleo by not adding cheese or sour cream.
